Called and spoke with someone about getting our equipment worked on because we have a cooler down. They said that they would send our information to get an account set up and someone would call back. We never received a call. When I called back, they did not have any record of me calling and then told me that they could not take us on as a new client. We still do not have our freezer fixed and have wasted a whole day waiting on nothing.
This was a great company but was purchased by thieves .. the new company name is TWC and they are a national company .. Their prices are absolutely outrageous, as they charge per tech per hour!! (i.e. Their fee is $125/hr and if two techs are used it’s $250/hr and so on) They tried to charge me literally quadruple what Service Engineering did for the same exact job!! Steer clear or pay the price!
