Literally the worst company ever. Internet and phones go out ALL THE TIME. At least twice a month. They have extremely long hold times when you call to see what is going on. One time we were on hold over an hour. By the time the person answered the phone the internet and phones were back on. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They clearly couldn’t care less about their customers.
It is Saturday @ 3:30PM. I AM VERY UPSET my regular channels are not working. They are going in and out.i can't believe I can't watch my games and special shows. Please fix it immediately. 🙏 Thanks
My farther seems to ALWAYS have issues with him home phone. Whats worse if the customer service is absolute horrible. The hold times are outrageous just to get someone on the phone to speak to anyone and the phone service itself is unreliable at best!
Had a remote that stopped working but (because office closed --Covid 19) I had to spend what seemed an eternity jumping from bot to bot asking all kinds of other questions not related to "bad remote" need replacement which is pretty common I know. 3 minutes trying to tell a human being all I needed was another remote. When I did get through the girl constantly interrupted/talked over me. Finally getting one (because of Covid) delivered to my home 4 days from now between 3 and 5.
