We bought a belt for our lawn mower. The one we got was the wrong size so I returned it and was told the belt was to dirty because my husband tried putting it on our mower ( thought that's why I bought it??) and they wouldn't refund my total amount. The took 25% for having to " clean the belt " when there was nothing wrong with it!!! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL not recommended .
Asked for a quote to put in a 200 amp service and a outlet for my hot tub. I bought my panel and outlet for my hot tub and was told that they don't make any money on labor and wasn't going to waste his time. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
