Travis was great! He took the time to explain everything electrical in our new home, worked off of the inspection report and was honest about what needed to be repaired; he was also extremely helpful in problem solving some minor electrical issues in our old bungalow that is a very new lifestyle experience for us.

Not pleased at the $240 bill to hang a light fixture! Was quoted $120 and when one guy couldn't handle it, they charged me for a FULL 2nd electrician. Maybe an assistant was needed to hold the ladder or something, but two electricians to hang a light fixture? I've also had ONE person hang a light fixture in the same spot and apparently should have called that person instead. My experiences with Service Electric have been nothing short of exceptional. These guys are so experienced-- think they must have 100 years between them. They are super nice and professional. I know this is a tough industry to find good people-- I would definitely recommend these guys.
We hired Service Electric to fix our exterior outlets that were not working. Prior to them coming, we agreed upon a per hour price. Randy came for about 20 minutes and couldn't figure it out (we couldn't either). About a week later, Randy AND Travis came out to fix the problem. We did not request or authorize two electricians. They did fix the problem and then when I got their bill, they doubled their per hour price because they both came out.
