Honest, timely, friendly, and reasonable
The AC in our 2011 Nissan was not cooling well, so I dropped it off at Service Drive on Kenmore at around 1PM on a Wednesday, with an anticipated service appointment for the following morning. At around 4:00 I received a call saying they had a tech look at it a day early, and found it just need to be recharged. I drove it away 3.5 hours after dropping it off, just in time for the heatwave! Awesome service, under promised and over delivered!
