I just noticed I've never left a review about my service advisor Nelson. If I could give him 10 stars I would, he has been so helpful and nice through all my annoying questions.. has worked with my warranty company when other advisors have pushed me away. I drive 1 hr to get my car serviced here just because of Nelson. I honestly got lucky.. he has made sure my mind is at ease.
I brought my Subaru Outback in today for a routine oil change and state safety inspection. The vehicle failed inspection due to aftermarket LED headlights not meeting the halogen requirement. While I understand that regulations must be followed, what was frustrating is that this same issue had passed inspection at this dealership in previous years, so I didn't even think that this could be an issue. Scott has always been extremely polite and helpful. He is very patient with the various questions I ask. I would not think of taking my Subaru anywhere else for service.
