I brought my Mini this week for an oil change and to have an issue with my car battery checked. Unfortunately, this visit was not the experience I expected from Sewell. Compared to my previous visits, the service felt much more rushed and less attentive. Service drive staff sometimes don’t do their jobs properly; when your car is done, they’re supposed to notify you by text message; But somehow they think it’s okay by ignoring and sending text at all. Instead they just have you wait in the lounge like a fool; and they think wasting your time is okay.
This dealership is the best there is! I am on my 7th Mini Cooper and have been to Mini service departments all over the nation. They are all good, but then there is Sewell. I was taking a friend back to the Terrell area and hit a huge hole that damaged my tire to the point it wasn’t drivable. Mini roadside came and picked my car up and gave me a complimentary Uber.
