While the customer service on the sales side at Sewell BMW of Grapevine is phenomenal, the experience on the service side is unfortunately night and day. It gives the impression that once Sewell has your money, customer satisfaction becomes less of a priority. I purchased my BMW from Sewell about a month ago and recently had to bring it in for service. I had the worst experience with the service center at Sewell BMW Grapevine. Our X5 BMW wouldn’t start and we had noticed there was a starter recall on it so we called Sewell BMW and they assured us that it was a recall and to have it towed in. We were already a little frustrated that we would be responsible to pay $200 for towing when it was a starter recall but it is what it is. It took several days for someone to call us back but once they had the vehicle they said it was definitely the starter and NOTHING else was wrong. ... read more
