worst place to service your car - they just loot your money in the name of servicing your car
I had the worst experience with the service center at Sewell BMW Grapevine. Our X5 BMW wouldn’t start and we had noticed there was a starter recall on it so we called Sewell BMW and they assured us that it was a recall and to have it towed in. We were already a little frustrated that we would be responsible to pay $200 for towing when it was a starter recall but it is what it is. It took several days for someone to call us back but once they had the vehicle they said it was definitely the starter and NOTHING else was wrong. ... read more
