Had an oil leak. Fixed it but replacement oil pan was defective. Peterson immediately got to work on correcting the problem and fixed at no additional charge. very impressed with how they handled it.
We have worked with the crew at Drive Petersen for a number of years. The staff has always been very courteous and always informed us of what needed to be done so we are fully informed. Very satisfied
Had to get transmission replaced, the service department did a great job locating a new transmission as well as dealing with that warranty company I have. Had a nice loaner vehicle. Kayleigh did an awesome job. She keep me up to date on what was happening with my truck.
I have been taking my Ram truck to Peterson to be serviced for 4 years now and they have always done a great job. Their service is quick, thorough, and they provide good details on anything they find as well as let me know of any future services coming up.
