Routine 5000 mile service on my 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid. The car is amazing, the buying experience with Gio was quick and easy. The maintenance started well but I kept getting low washer fluid notifications. I tried the wipers and sure enough the fluid was empty. The part that upset me was the vehicle report showed green check marks that all parts were checked and passed. Why was it marked as completed when it wasn't? I have reservations about future appts ... what else was glossed over or not serviced when the report indicates... read more

Excellent dealership
The service on my Tucson plug in hybrid was completed efficiently and satisfactory—oil change, tire rotation and the computer diagnostic program. I had difficulty getting through on their phone system and reaching service staff. I personally do not like everything being sent to my phone which. The customer communications is the reason for my 3 star rating… the technical service on my car was worth a 5.
