I'd visited almost a year ago (March of '24) to have a recall inspection done. Ford (the actual company, NOT Garff) has had some problems with keeping a specific part available and I'd been told it would take a while to get the part. Since that time, I'd had other issues with my 2013 Explorer and because I visit Laramie 2-3 times a week, I brought my vehicle to another Ford dealership to have them reinspect the vehicle for the recall and fix the other issue. Previous visits were unsatisfactory; however, Jeremy Ward was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, offered an oil change contract to help save money, and ensured a previously added charge was taken care of so that the final amount matched what was originally quoted.
