vehicle was serviced for a oil change and a few other thangs, week later the car started to smell like burnt oil. we check the oil and now see that there is no oil at all in the vehicle, now the car won't go over 60 and doesn't drive properly thank you ford, now we have to pay more to have them fix there mistake. oh here's a picture

I originally came in early in the week for an oil change. They said it would be 2hrs or I could make an appt later in the week. I made appt for 9:30 on Thursday. I dropped of at 9:20 and told them I was staying and they finished 2.5hrs later.

John, was exceptional got us in for service, sold us the 3x oil change package, which is the best price in town, and they actually drain the oil and not suck it out. They are quick, efficient and through. John and then Bob Mormon, were a pleasure to deal with

My oil change took 3 and half hours. I was extremely frustrated. I purposely take my vehicle to a ford dealership, knowing the price will be a little bit higher than other shops, for the professionalism. The next time I am in the Cheyenne area, I will be finding another shop for my oil change.
