Great communication, very through
I purchased a used vehicle and had a great experience. Our salesman, Matt, showed me serval options and was helpful throughout the buying process. Once we competed the transaction it did take longer than I thought it should to get the vehicle through detail…we waited well over an hour which seemed like too long after we had already been at the dealership for three hours prior to that. Jeremy did a great job with ordering the parts needed to complete the work request. He scheduled and followed up to ensure the job was completed. Jeff also provided great information. The service department has always been great .
