Great crew and outstanding customer service
We did not get a service done, but after the unprofessional, disrespectful and rude behavior we experienced at our local Subaru service department, I called this location and spoke with Martin (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) to get an estimate on an engine replacement. He said he would call me back with an estimate, and he did. He was kind and polite, and he even provided a recommendation when I asked for one. Thank you!
THE BEST customer service and the friendliest, most accommodating, and highest skilled technicians. I have never felt more welcomed at an auto service center! The waiting areas are pristine, comfortable, and well-stocked with lots of snacks and beverages. Everyone goes above and beyond here and it’s a very pleasant place to wait while your vehicle is serviced. Ryan was very personable and also upfront and transparent with the pricing. I highly recommend this location for your next Subaru service visit!
