Unfortunately, it was overlooked that this was my 1st oil change and I’ve been told it should’ve been free. Also when I got back in my car the drivers side armrest on the door was covered in oil. So not the best experience.
I would recommend Napleton Subaru to anyone needing service on their Subaru. Phil Lang service director and his team really look out for the customer and go above and beyond to make sure your car issues are taken care of. I'm glad I bought my Subaru from Napleton Palatine and even happier having it serviced there because I know they care about the customer.
Service advisor Dan Huff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Waiting area,as always,neat and clean.
Elena was great to Work with. She has good customer skills. Its so nice, to have a female working at Subaru!
