Harrison did a great job getting my WRX in top shape. Great technicians and honest as well!!!
Went in for tire pressure monitor sensor. They took me in right away, and kept me informed periodically. I was floored by the estimated cost to install 4 sensors and calibrate, but no pressure on me to complete the job. I can’t say I was crazy about the cost to inspect either but not ridiculously expensive. UV I’ll just deal with the light on my dashboard.
Ted did a great job taking care of an in warranty problem with the car. I appreciated his attention and follow through.
Unfortunately, it was overlooked that this was my 1st oil change and I’ve been told it should’ve been free. Also when I got back in my car the drivers side armrest on the door was covered in oil. So not the best experience.
I would recommend Napleton Subaru to anyone needing service on their Subaru. Phil Lang service director and his team really look out for the customer and go above and beyond to make sure your car issues are taken care of. I'm glad I bought my Subaru from Napleton Palatine and even happier having it serviced there because I know they care about the customer.
