Six weeks to even get an appointment to replace an evap canister. Made an appointment for 10 a.m. At 1pm when I still hadn't heard anything, I reached out. The vehicle had nothing done on it. They were friendly enough, and they didn't charge me for my visit (because there was no work done). However, they are stretched way too thin to be reliable as a service department.
