Went to MASTRIA VW for the 10K maintenance on our 2024 Tiguan. The Service Advisor (Daniel Cabral) was great. I had a complaint about the amount of soot that collects on the rear bumper. I’ve owned at least one VW continuously since 1978 and have never experienced this soot problem before. I’m surprised more VW owners do not complain about it.
