If you have an issue with your vehicle I highly suggest going to a mechanic that is NOT Mastria Kia. Their only concern is to make a profit off of you ESPECIALLY if the vehicle is under warranty. They donāt care about deadlines or good customer service and will continue to push your vehicle off to get to the other vehicles that they up-charge 200%. I personally dealt with Rich and he continuously missed deadlines or stopped contact. He would lie and say the vehicle will be looked at this date and ready on this date and numer...Ā read more
DO NOT GO HERE absolutely horrible customer serviceā¦ if I could give 0/5 stars I would! Their concern is not about helping the customer all they care about is jerking you around, draining your pockets, and finding ways to take money from you. They donāt meet deadlines. And the attitude on every single employee is absolutely unappealing and unacceptable. If you are currently thinking about dealing with the Kia Service Department in Raynham run as far away as you can as fast as you can. So disappointing.Ā
JUST A HEADS UP WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE PARTS DEPARTMENT!!!! The parts department didn't follow up with my dispute and provided terrible customer service. It took some days to reach anyone to handle my dispute because no one would answer the phone, and via email, it was just the same. I still have an open case with the BBB about my dispute I have with this business dealing with missing parts that weren't delivered.
