JUST A HEADS UP WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE PARTS DEPARTMENT!!!! The parts department didn't follow up with my dispute and provided terrible customer service. It took some days to reach anyone to handle my dispute because no one would answer the phone, and via email, it was just the same. I still have an open case with the BBB about my dispute I have with this business dealing with missing parts that weren't delivered. Made an appointment to drop of my car and receive a rental since that was the most convenient option , received a confirmation email that everything was good to go the day before. Arrived and no rentals were available, and the service tech informed me "we don't do that." Which, ok fine miscommunications happen. However, the tech was unapologetic and didn't even offer to reschedule the appointment or provide any other remedy.
