The extreme rudeness I experienced during a phone call with one of your customer service representatives (Arturo Garza). I scheduled a service appointment online - where I selected the dealership location, for an oil change and to check on recalls for my vehicle. During the call, Arturo asked if I was aware that I was scheduling the appointment at the Kirkwood location, I specifically chose the Kirkwood location as it is closer.
