Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have had my car almost 2 weeks and never ONCE has the technician Corey called me with an update. After 5 days I started calling them daily. Each day I was told the same thing, " the technician is looking at your vehicle right now, we will call you back by the end of the day with an update" . Never got a call back ever on any of days and was told that same BS line 5 days in a row!!! I was actually considering just purchasing a new vehicle from them rather than repairing min... read more
Always great, friendly service. I highly recommend the Preferred Customer Program, its well worth it and makes everything so smooth and easy. Wanna shout out Lena who I usually see, and Shane, who did a great job the other day.
I was very impressed with their overall attention to detail and the transparency in keeping me informed about what was going on and why.
