I have been using Coastline for over 6 years now. Sarah Birtle, my advisor, always communicates well with me and has even given me her own phone number so I can reach her with any questions I have. I have purchased multiple vehicle’s here (8 years) and only use their service department and I can easily say it’s been absolutely stellar, Sarah Birtle is my service writer and she has been phenomenal! Keep up the great work!
Dug and or Miles gave me a good walk through of the sales floor room and we want over all sales Deals and options and they hooked me up with the best prices we could agree too
Just needed my front license plate put on. 1 month old truck I bought out of the area. I planned on using this place for all of my future service. I even bought the 6 year extended warranty through Ram. They said they would charge me a labor fee to put the front plate on. A 5 minute thing. In the last 10 years I’ve never had that. I showed up to any dealer and they put them on. They just lost the next 6 years on service charges from me.
