Spent more than I expected for my first visit. Micheal was great figuring out some warranty repair I got done. Plus they gave me a nice loaner car
Communication is terrible here. I called audi and spoke with Judith regarding my service. I drive a Q8 and wanted the loaner to get what I drive. I was told they will only loan you Q5 or Q7, I had the Q5 before and I didn’t like the car even for a loaner so I asked for a Q7. She told me they had some available for loan and I told her I was on my way up there. I was always overcharged. I took the car for service after waiting for a loaner car. After everything is set, I was told the oil change is $220. I felt I was locked in. The guy also felt he was laughing at me. Felt bad! Not gonna get major services or anything done here.
