I brought my car to this Audi service 2 months ago for a coolant leak. They quoted me over $10,000 for the repair with other parts they suggested. I have CarMax extended warranty and paid around $1,800 out of pocket. Fast forward 2 months - I get the coolant leak warning again. I called the service center, they did another inspection, and now they’re telling me it’s another $1,800. So clearly, they didn’t fix the problem the first time.
