The staff at the dealership was great and tried their best but my problem was not fixed. My brand new outrageously expensive truck is having problems with not connecting to Android Auto, the seat won't go to the correct position regularly and Android auto dropping out often. Android auto is used for GPS/maps/directions, music and phone. All of these things are used every time the truck is used. Been coming here for years, primarily because it's a convenient location for me. In all honesty though, the service department as a whole is really in need of improvement. For starters, you can barely navigate your vehicle through the parking lot to get there because space is lacking and there are so many other vehicles in the way. It's overly cluttered.
