No proper communication about time line on repair, if it was not for constantly calling for updates I would never have known how long I would be without my Jeep. I relayed the message to my “service advisor” to at least let me know how long I would be car less so I can make arrangements, and still nothing. Second bad experience here, will not be servicing my vehicle here again.
Great service and was out quickly, had a cup of free coffee and also have bottled water available. All questions answered.
