Texan Dodge is conscious of your time and the agents are very professional.
Quick and easy plus excellent customer service! D'Ree is the Best!
I brought my vehicle into the service department, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was welcoming, professional, and efficiency-driven from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained the work being done, kept me updated, and had my vehicle ready right on time. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my car is in such capable hands. I will definitely be back for future maintenance and highly recommend their service department to anyone! A special shoutout to Humberto y antonio for making the ... read more
Very over priced. When appointment was booked, they said diagnostic charge over $200.00. Then when I got there, they said that they have to do 2 Diagnostics???? Doubled the price. They did an oil and lube. And they replaced a fuze. Also when checking out, all the same 5 Icons were still on the dash. And they had a list as long as your arm, for services needed, amounting way up into the thousands. Many were not needed or necessary.
They are b very helpful and quick. I would recommend anyone !!
