I don't ever see myself recommending this dealer to anyone. First, during the sales process I was shown custom leather seats that could be installed by the dealer. Then, I was told a week after I completed the transaction that I could not have the same leather seats I was shown. Eventually they relented. I was also promised 3 free oil changes and no one has communicated how I will receive those. Additionally, I traded in a vehicle that was leased and they still have not sent the payoff to the leasing company which has negati... read more
It’s been 2 times I have been there and first time they told me they rotated tires and they didnt. Then 2nd time I checked the truck and my truck had a big dent on my passenger door and no one wants to take responsibilities. I asked to see videos of that day n no response. Terrible experience since day one!!!
