I bought a used 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander from Texan Dodge it had a bad transmission . The management staff was great. They approved installation of a used one. My horror story starts and ends in the repair services department. Zero communication regarding progress for the repair, not even with my salesperson. It took them over a month to get it installed, I had already made my first payment, and it still had a fluid leak. This place got me in and out. My oil change and maintenance report was done within an hour. They also had an oil change package for my jeep where I pay $216 w/tax up front and I get 3 oil changes in which I have two years to use. That’s an amazing deal considering my Jeep takes full synthetic and one oil change is about $118. My only complaint is they did not wash my Jeep and there were oil stains from the mechanics hands on my white paint. Overall a great experience
Was not ever given an update on my vehicle even after calling twice in 1 hour. State inspection and wheel alignment took over 8 hours to retrieve my vehicle
