I felt invisible waiting to pick up my car after the serviced. While some employees were busy with customers, others were just staring at their computers, not even acknowledging that I was there and needed help. To make it worse, someone walked in and was helped immediately, even though they knew I was there first.
Kevin went above and beyond helping us get our car fixed that we had just purchased. Really appreciate the good service!
