SH service was easy to set up an appointment, drop off before work and pick up after. Drop off key box was around back of the service entrance, which seemed backwards to me but easy nonetheless. Service was completed while I was at work and with the text updates and progress reports it was simple to see the status of my vehicle. Our Jeep GCL was well cared for and service completed without issue. Thanks service crew at SH!
My new (to me) 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee faced some 2”+ hail that left it in rough shape. Cracked wind shield, hail spots all over, and more. I chose to drive my vehicle 5.5 hours to Stew Hansens to take care of it. They worked directly with my insurance and I really didn’t need to do a thing. My vehicle looks brand new, they even cleaned up the inside for me so it REALLY feels and looks brand new. I am very appreciative of the hard work from Stew Hansens! Thank you!
