Service is that you would expect from Lexus...top notch. I have many friends who ask why I go to Lexus to get an expensive oil change. Once the car is on the rack, you have a certified mechanic covering the car bumper to bumper looking for issues. I get a video recording of the inspection. They know the weakness of each model and year of car. I can change my own oil if need be, but I am not trained to inspect the car.
