For such a luxury car service dealership they don’t provide a car loaner. It’s disappointing when your vehicle have recall service and you have to wait for 4 hours because the service provider went on break. Even Tesla service does better than this.

Lexus of Henderson saved my week. I broke down at the grocery store on a Saturday morning, called Lexus, Tyler had a tow truck on the way at a reasonable price, took my car in on Saturday, received a loaner on Monday after communicating to me that the parts will take a couple of days, had the car back by Friday. Not too sure what I would of done without the customer service of the service department at Lexus of Henderson. James was very helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue when my maintenance check engine light came on and didn’t upsell any unnecessary services. I only spent around $250-$300 for the service. I’m definitely returning on Monday for a smog check and will get my brakes done there too.
