James Simmons and the service department over at the Lexus of Henderson dealership “pulled the thread” on the issues I was having with my vehicle when I couldn’t get service at the W.Sahara location, found out the issues and provided excellent service, keeping us informed every step of the way. Top notch service from top to bottom. We were traveling through Vegas when we had car problems. Henderson Lexus diagnosed our Lexus’s problem quickly but since it was over a holiday weekend it was going to take a few days to get parts. They gave us a Loaner Vehicle to use so we could get back home. Walter was our Service Rep and he went above and beyond. He corresponded with us daily, keeping us in the loop. They fixed what was wrong with professionalism and a smile.

For such a luxury car service dealership they don’t provide a car loaner. It’s disappointing when your vehicle have recall service and you have to wait for 4 hours because the service provider went on break. Even Tesla service does better than this.
