Top notch service from top to bottom. We were traveling through Vegas when we had car problems. Henderson Lexus diagnosed our Lexus’s problem quickly but since it was over a holiday weekend it was going to take a few days to get parts. They gave us a Loaner Vehicle to use so we could get back home. Walter was our Service Rep and he went above and beyond. He corresponded with us daily, keeping us in the loop. They fixed what was wrong with professionalism and a smile.

For such a luxury car service dealership they don’t provide a car loaner. It’s disappointing when your vehicle have recall service and you have to wait for 4 hours because the service provider went on break. Even Tesla service does better than this.

Lexus of Henderson saved my week. I broke down at the grocery store on a Saturday morning, called Lexus, Tyler had a tow truck on the way at a reasonable price, took my car in on Saturday, received a loaner on Monday after communicating to me that the parts will take a couple of days, had the car back by Friday. Not too sure what I would of done without the customer service of the service department at Lexus of Henderson.
