They have worked on my car several times and every time I have experience extreme lack of communication. My car has currently been in their shop for a full week with no answers. During that time I went 48 hours with no updates despite reaching out multiple times for updates. Great service. Very helpful valet services are available. Service manager is very helpful and understanding. Service writers are very flexible about when I can bring my vehicle in and very good about explaining service needed on my vehicle

Fabulous! Brought me a loaner, and picked up my Defender. Fixed all the issues with my Defender. Brought it back home. Customer service and Valet was so fabulous! Thank you!
