service level and communication is stellar as always! just needed deployable door handles calibrated and they gave me a loaner while warranty covered it all!
Awesome service, and got my car done on time.
Staff was friendly and helpful in what they could do but I was disappointed with their pricing, upselling of unneeded service, and the useless warranty coverage sold to me by a connected Ken Garff location. I brought my Defender to this location in hopes of having warranty repairs done on a faulty DRL that is a known issue with the Defender. Both times I have been down to Lehi for service I had great service! Love the inspection video they send and they washed my car too! Did my warranty work too. I’ll be back for next service an oil change. Highly recommended!!
