Had to pull over while on a road trip-- these guys identified the problem, fixed it as best they could, and gave me step by step instructions on how to handle the mechanics that could have killed me with the problem they caused. I felt very well taken care of and respected :) they were so nice and had a reasonable pricing system that didnt make me immediately scared lol.

If you purchase a car for over $40k and buy the highest protection plan, then your sunroof goes out in the open position and you call and are told, "we have alot of this issue, but unfortunately we're backed up until November and I can't ask my service guys for a favor to do this. I've burned my bridges with them!" That is bad business. Now my 4x4 is going out! On a Ford Raptor! They said I can drop it off.
