La peor experiencia que he tenido una muy mala ate no se resolvió mis problemas de mi auto todo lo contrario perdí tiempo y dinero sin ninguna respuesta quise hablar con el gerente y no fue posible no me dieron cara definitivamente nunca recomendaría este lugar
Got a routine oil change and got home. Now I have a neighbors driveway, my mom & dads driveway and my own driveway with huge oil spots bc they didn’t complete the oil change correctly. I’ll be in first thing Tuesday morning to address this with them.
Everytime I come here, it takes longer to change my oil. Last time it was an hour and half, despite arriving on time. This time I arrived half an hour early, they accepted my car right away, and it took two hours to even be seen by a technician. The only status update available is "we are working on your vehicle", which was not even accurate to reality, from their little status tracker.
