Always an expedient thorough service
I was not overly impressed. The counter people seemed not to involved. More interested in their computers. I must admit I was shocked when tire rotation was not included as part of the 10,000 free service. Where I come from this is standard and needed. Additionally asked a question about the remote start. Got no real answer other than try it now with the new software. And the time. Over three hours? That does not seem right to change the oil and look at the brake shoes. You asked. This was my impression.
Alex, our service writer, is an awesome employee. He got us in right away and took care of us. He’s always friendly and helpful and knows what he’s doing. He makes getting our vehicle worked on easy! We appreciate his attitude!!
Brandon was a great help getting important services addressed and taking care of any questions I had.
