I spent more than 2 hours waiting for them to see me, and I could never get anywhere with them because the attention was very bad!!
I find your charge of $200 for diagnostics as a surcharge to repairs is egregiously exorbitant and very off-putting. However I find that technicians and desk personal are great and respectful.
Alex Cain is always so great to work with!! All volvo employees we have talked to have been super helpful but Alex always goes above and beyond. Great clear communication!
