We were coming close to going over mileage for an oil change while traveling out of state. We had a couple days in Salt Lake City and found Ken Garff Nissan just 5 minutes from our hotel. We were easily able to schedule an appointment that worked for us. The service department staff were friendly and helpful and got us in for the scheduled service. Loved all my interactions here. I worked with Abigail and she was so helpful and kept me informed during the whole process. There was also lots of transparency about pricing and I never felt like I was in the dark about that. Additionally, when I called to set the appointment in the morning that I took it in, they were super flexible even with the super short notice and walked me though what I should do (i am a fist time car owner and was unsure about how to get roadside service to get my car towed to their dealership).
