My car was towed into Ken Garff Kia on a Friday night. The ignition would not unlock. We forced the wheel to unlock but it would not start. Luckily, the service department was open on Saturday. Mark told me he probably wouldn't get to it before Monday. I explained I needed to leave on Monday so he went to work seeing if there was a way he could fit me in. He and his technician found a way. They got it done. Hats off to that service department, Mark and the tech.
