I would strongly caution others against purchasing a Kia vehicle for both safety and reliability reasons. My Optima Hybrid (under warranty due to the Kia Engine Class Settlement) has experienced the same malfunction repeatedly, despite being repaired by this service department several times. It has broken down/shut off on the highway multiple times, creating a serious ongoing safety concern. This dealership has good customer service. I always ask for Brian when checking in my car for service, he's the best, extremely polite and communicative and makes the whole process of waiting for your call a lot easier to manage.
