I was provided a quote that listed An extended list of items be repaired and or replaced. I visited two other reputable Range Rover dealers who insisted that this did not need to be done. They ran several free checks, including a smoked test for free and determined that it was one item that only costed me $350. I feel betrayed by your dealership.
Annalyse & Richard Iker ( Manager ) are AWESOME!! They took great care of me. Some other shop told me I needed a whole new engine $20K and there was no hope for me, took it to Richard and he got me fixed for under $5K with new motor mounts as well. You can trust them!
Scheduled recall work that was told would take 2-3 hours but ended up taking 2 days. The valet service picked up my car at 9:30am, by 4pm had not heard from them so called & was told the shop was running behind & they would not get to it that day, called again at 11am the next day & the guy said he didn’t know the status of when it would be done but would call me later for a status, never got that call & didn’t get my car back until 6pm. Craig in service was great! He made sure I got certain discounts that were being offered at the time of my service! He kept me updated and so knowledgeable about landrovers!
