My Incontrol service was down for several weeks. The service dept discovered that the TCU unit and sim card both needed to be replaced. A big shout out to Richard Iker -Service Manager and Paul Helton - Service Advisor. Both went above and beyond to get to the root problem and getting it resolved in a timely manner.
I had an issue with my car that required them to keep my car for an extended amount of time due to the parts being on back order. I appreciated them trying everything to get the part rushed so that I could get my car back. They did give me a loaner which was nice.
Service is not what one would expect from a Land Rover Dealership. Was never contacted about the status of the repairs, I had to chase them down. Was originally told it would take 2-3 hours, ended up taking closer to 6 hours, which put me right in the middle of Friday rush hour traffic….and they were not able to wash the car. Just a poor experience.
