The facility is plenty nice, and I have loved all my Genesis' - but the prices have become absurd. Nearly $400 for an oil change and tire rotation is just silly. It was never anywhere near that. Every time I go for service they always attempt some upsell. Over $600 for a battery. Yeah, right! I just want to take my car somewhere that will do what needs to be done at a reasonable price without added pressure. Genesis of PS used to be that place. I’ve had my Genesis for over 2 years now and the service department is immaculate, welcoming, and really well run.
Great service experience! Quick check in. Coffee and snacks while waiting. Very well run operation employees all seem happy.
