Battery went dead after 5 great years. Got a jump from AAA and drove straight to my Genesis Dealer. They immediately took my vehicle into the service department. 45 minutes later everything was completed, all systems that were affected by the battery replacement were reset, vehicle washed and I was out the door. As usual my service advisor Jena was on top of her game and kept me posted. This is the type of service I expect from Genesis of Palm Springs and this is what I always get. 👍
As usual Jenna and the service department didn’t disappoint. They are courteous, communicative, professional and top notch. Knowing this I will share my experiences with friends and will surely do business with this location again.
