Service was timely, although more expensive than I had anticipated. I didn’t realize how expensive the parts were. Maybe related to tariffs? I wouldn’t complain. I had asked for a car wash, it wasn’t done and I decided not to wait any longer.
Took my new F150 with only 4,000 miles in for several issues. Most issues were resolved but the technician could not duplicate one issue so the service writer and Service Manager also tried. After pushing back, the Service Manager agreed to ride with me and when I duplicated the issue, he agreed to get with Ford engineering to find a solution.
