Friendly, transparent expert service
Charged for a progrmming issue with a case history of complaints with PTU and TCm recalls. Apparently my Grand Cherokee wasn't under the recall but had the same issues. Then we were forced to pay out of pocket for the re flashing on the jeep. Well it didn't correct it. A week later it started to have the same jerking issues

This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I am a fleet manager and they have had our vehicle for 6 months and cannot get it repaired. Do not take your vehicle to this dealership!
