Update: it’s now been over a month and still have not returned my car. Once battery arrived, they realized another part needed to be order that should have been checked prior. They don’t return voicemails, or provide updates when they say they will. They don’t take any ownership for mistakes and they don’t take any action in resolutions. It was good, Toyota care!
Not a good experience. I don’t remember when is the last time I left a bad review but I will not bring my car here for a service anytime soon. I got treated like they doing me a favor and the rep was a bully.
