I had a terrible experience getting a full service oil change at Toyota Culver City. Our appointment was at 9:30 a.m. We checked in with employee E, who told us the service would take about 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours, we could not find E, so we asked another employee for an update. He said they were really backed up and it would be another 30 minutes.
