If ZERO STARS was an option that would be it. I was told $50 deposit for a rental by Kia through hertz over the phone, then drove an hour to Kia to take my barely running car to get diagnosed and repaired. Kia again told me in my face $50 for a rental. I got to hertz and ended paying $400. And neither hertz or Kia could give me a reason why they lied. My Kia Sedona was in the service department for a week. I have no complaints on the repairs. However, a week later after picking up my van the inside still smells like sweaty balls.
I have a 2010 Kia Soul that had what felt like a demonic possession. My taillights and brake lights would sporadically go out and come back on….The dash lights would blink with my turn signals and/or my hazards and my radio would just die completely or reset my preset stations and clock when it felt like it.
