Service department rates are ridiculous. Wanted a Homelink mirror installed in a new Telluride I had purchased, from Cowboy. Bought the mirror (Homelink mirror not included with EX trim pkg), went to service department to set up appointment for installation. Was told it would be $379.00. Was told labor time was 2 and a half hours. Did just a little research and changed out the mirror myself. Took me 30 minutes to swap mirrors, calibrate compass, and program garage door opener.
