The service was for the first 10k. It was a comfortable wait, which didn’t take long.
Fez was great. I came in for an airbag recall and he provided clear communication and wonderful customer service.
My VW Atlas engine light came on while driving my Atlas. Took my vehicle to VW of Ocala and discovered that one of the ignition coil need to be replaced. VW of Ocala got me back on the road, however I’m gonna have all the ignition coil replaced within a month or two. Thanks to my Advisor, Ricky V. for going above and beyond.
