Everyone at Volkswagen is very helpful and courteous. Very pleasant experience.
Went in for an oil change, told them to let me know if anything else needed to be done. Told me what the out the door cost would be. Next thing I know they come to me and told me I was good to go and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises. No arguments. Sales staff talked to us like we were old friends. Every time I walked in the room someone asked me if I needed anything. VW of Ocala really does treat you like royalty. Thanks Fez for the awesome experience.
