Update.... The new battery installed by AutoZone almost burned out my electrical system. Luckily the car alerted me to what was happening. The next day VW mechanics fixed everything before any harm was done. The problem is once the battery is disconnected the computer system must be programmed correctly. DON'T TAKE YOUR NEW VW TO ANY OF THESE AUTO SHOPS, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE......THANK YOU VW MECHANICS...... I’m a long time customer of VW and again agent, mechanic supplied excellent service & pics, video of car. Coupon on discounts available, & I was able to use Bday coupon management gave me! A Comfortable TV area w/drink/great snacks, made a comfortable wait.

Everything was good except for the wait time for a routine service plus a tire that needed to be plugged. Three and a half hours is unacceptable
