I have bought multiple vehicles from Huntersville Ford, the car/truck buying process is awesome, it is the service after the fact that needs improvement. I have had multiple problems through the years with service, I still go back because the best service is at Keith Hawthorne Ford and it just takes me so long to get there. Huntersville Ford gets the job done, they just are not customer friendly.
