I took my 2022 Santa Cruz certified pre-owned (that I had bought from them 7 days prior) in to have a sunroof leak fixed. I scheduled an appointment four days before hand. When I got there they told me to sit and wait for them to get to me. An hour later they told me the service tech had went home and they couldn't get to it today but the next morning. Back again to give another review of a poorly run business. This service department is so mis-managed it is a wonder they can stay open. Left our vehicle overnight for a simple tire change that turned into another misadventure. I was told the tire had to be ordered, would be delivered by 2:00 the next day, and they would give me a call when ready. Okay, no problem. At 4:30 pm I began calling to check on the job's progress. After having the worst experience at Honda of Sarasota(you can see my review on their google search) I hesitantly made an appointment to see a Toyota C-HR at Gettel Hyundai.
