La meilleure traitement et service médical que j'ai jamais reçu.
Unreal system where it is only possible to take an appointment from 2 to 3pm by phone, but the lines are NEVER available. You can spend days and weeks without being attended. Aw but, they dont forget to charge you 900$ if you want medical insurance, that's for sure.
Doctor was very friendly and kind but reception staff refused to communicate in English with me even though they could. I wasn't able to get my test results even though the clinic was meant to sent them to me and I paid for it. English is not my first language either and I was only in Sherbrooke for a 3 month research project which was in English. Reception was incapable of being respectful and quiet frankly just rude and lastly would just hang up on me and not even pick up the phone calls. Would NOT recommend!!!
