This group gave me a reason to smile every morning. They remodeled my kitchen and family room. These rooms were so old and worn...I had no counter space in the kitchen, worn out and messed up floors in both rooms, and a wood burning fire place that I never used. Used Service Construction to finish a basement and add French doors and a transom to a main floor room. The company's employees and subcontractors were professional and did excellent work at a fair price. The president, Paul Saydak, was very responsive and did a great job explaining things and answering all our questions. We are very pleased with the results of the project and highly recommend Paul and Service Construction.

We found this company on Houzz and reached out to them, when they replied they asked about our project, we then sent over the Bid Set from our architect. Then they replied asking us how we heard about them, we when told them online, they replied they were not interested in submitting a proposal to individuals "Trolling" the internet. Also they stated that they only do high end work. We're 2 Physicians renovating a home in Logan Square, but they assumed we were either not looking for quality work or couldn't afford them.
