Derek helped me out with a few scratches on my car. He even found ones that I hadn't noticed. He buffed out any flaws in about 10 minutes, doing a flawless job. He was so kind and friendly as well. Only with appointments!!! Arrived at 9am, there were no waiting cars went inside and the service clerk immediately asked if I have appointment (for an oil change). They did not have any car waiting to be serviced!!!!......But, "ONLY WITH APPOINTMENTS"!!!! The pandemic emergency passed and this appointment practice was placed since then. I went in,haven't had a vehicle since 08 ,lived in Denver the bus handled everything. Come to Columbus, Nebraska, no buses or even taxi services.Long story short ,I went and grabbed a 2023 Dodge Durango SXT.The best thing I ever did.This vehicle is a beast, love the color,they call it Stin(gray).anyway very helpful people .That's what you want from them anyway. Love my ride,they have many options.
