well I'm here right now at Cold Storage I know my trailer is empty but it sure seems to be taking them a long time to count it and give me a green light so I can leave

Issues with paperwork. Not their fault but export documentation needs to be looked at more closely so the company that owns the goods can be contacted to ensure all documents are ready.

Hello Dave. I can only assume your load was the unfortunate export load with incomplete paperwork this weekend. We apologize for the oversight and I will personally be working with the customer on Monday to create a better process ensuring it does not happen again. We ship thousands of export loads with no issues, yours unfortunately was not one of them. Sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
absolutely the best place I've ever worked( besides basic American foods with is out of business now. )the people are awesome and management actually cares about the employees! 5 stars all the way!
Got there 8 hours early saying as they said I could get unloaded early and they were waiting for my product I had. Sat in a dock till my appointment time then they finally got it off... total slow pokes and not wanting to work with the drivers and brokers...
You will be severely punished for 15 minutes late. Unacceptable.
