They were extremely rude when I asked about cleaning one clothing item that had a stain on it. They wouldn't give me any type of estimate over the phone so I had to travel to the shop to get a quote. They were disrespectful while giving me the quote. They also refused to do a spot cleaning without really giving a reason. By far, the worst dry cleaning experience I've had. Would not recommend.
They provide great service. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am from out of town and they were so kind in helping get my items laundered. I would highly recommend them.
Service Dry Cleaners, Inc. cleaned, restored and preserved my beautiful wedding dress for me. They did a fabulous job!! My dress is over 30 years old. I never got around to having this done. We are a military family and moved often. With each move, I would take my dress out of the closet and out of the garment back I had it in.
