My experience was a one star . Absolutely no customer service was given , the lady was rude when I simply stopped in to ask for a wire hanger , I was willing to purchase the hanger from them . The owner needs to consider a new employee for the front office for interacting with customers . Thank you for accommodating your community

They were extremely rude when I asked about cleaning one clothing item that had a stain on it. They wouldn't give me any type of estimate over the phone so I had to travel to the shop to get a quote. They were disrespectful while giving me the quote. They also refused to do a spot cleaning without really giving a reason. By far, the worst dry cleaning experience I've had. Would not recommend.
They provide great service. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am from out of town and they were so kind in helping get my items laundered. I would highly recommend them.
