Was a very bad experience. I went for an oil change, made an appointment weeks in advanced. I had to wait over an hour and a half to get a simple oil change. They told me it's busy as people are getting their tires changed and basically the appointments mean nothing. Wasted half my day off there and they didn't seem to care, no sorry, no we'll do better next time. Basically told me that's what I should expect. If this is what I should expect, I think I'll just to go Mr.Lube or something, costs less and I'll be in and out in ... read more
Not the friendliest bunch in person but they get the job done and in good time. One of the younger guys on the weekend was much easier to talk to. Would refer to him again.
