Seems like a recurring review. The wait for an appointment oil change is crazy 2 hours. I asked the big lady at the front desk if everything is on schedule she said yes. Waited there . 1 hour later my car didn't move from where I parked it. Went back to ask her again and acted like she didn't know who I was and gave me attitude. This will be the last lease from here after 10 plus years . Everytime I have an issue here.
Do not go there, worst service ever,they lying to you face with honesty, that dealership shouldn't exist.
Was a very bad experience. I went for an oil change, made an appointment weeks in advanced. I had to wait over an hour and a half to get a simple oil change. They told me it's busy as people are getting their tires changed and basically the appointments mean nothing. Wasted half my day off there and they didn't seem to care, no sorry, no we'll do better next time. Basically told me that's what I should expect. If this is what I should expect, I think I'll just to go Mr.Lube or something, costs less and I'll be in and out in ... read more
