Was having a few issues with my AC. Contact the company on line on Sunday, The technician came on Monday and was able to check my system, then performed a service and made other recommendations to fix my issues.
Greg did an awesome job
Great service and customer relations. Justin came on time and accessed my AC unit's issues. What I thought would be a regular tune-up, I ended up with finding out that the previous tech from 2 yrs ago lied to me. Fortunately, Justin from SCP&H was honest with my issues and will be back on Monday to address the final needs to get my home cooling correctly. In need of duct replacement and I am happy with the information he provided and looking forward to having them fix these issues once and for all!
I had Greg as my technician for my AC Tune up. Great experience, he is knowledgeable explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend him, he did other preventive services that other service technicians never done before. Thanks.
I have used this service before and had no issues. My technician was polite. However, when he used the water to clean my unit in the backyard, he also turned on my pool water to fill out. My pool water has been running for 6 hours and pool was over flowing. He also left my side gate open. I have children in my neighborhood and it posed a safety threat.
