I paid first and last on my insurance policy.. at the end of the year, in the last month. I owed $40!!!!! instead of calling me and letting me know!!! they cancelled my Insurance which is now on my record!!! I paid my insurance every month for the whole year!! AND PAID FIRST AND LAST & in the LAST month when no payments!!! They cancelled my insurance for $40!!! Which stays on my record!!! Do not go with these guys, they’re scams and will ruin your record!! If you are here, then run if you haven't already bought insurance from them. Amanda and Nathaniel are my adjustors. Over the course of over 1 month, they have never bothered calling me back or replying to my emails. This is the worst insurance experience. Would never buy from them even at $0. All they had to do was to "Communicate" or be available for the client. Most pathetic experience.

Stay away from this bad insurance provider! I made a clame through belairedirect/intact and they got me to use the intact collision center. This is the low quality work they did to my car, I went back once already for them to fix there mistakes. The broke many plastic clips on my interior and used 2 sided tape to tape the parts back on till they fall off when im driving. I asked them to send me to another shop for repares and they said they will get an adjuster to look at the damage. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not re... read more
Communication was horrible. They don’t even try to understand what you’re contacting them about, half the responses I received didn’t answer my questions properly. They also change information without your consent or knowledge and proceed to not inform you of these changes unless you find out and contact them first. Do not recommend.
