My experience was brutal. Got in an accident, tried to file a claim. I called them so many times and never got to talk to my adjustor in person. i GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. I CALLED THEM THE FIRST THING THEY TOLD ME WAS IT WAS A TOTAL DAMAGE BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE CAR. THE CAR WAS STILL DRIVABLE AND I WAS DRIVING IT THEN THINGS ESCALATED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY FIRED THE PERSON HANDLING MY CLAIM. THEN THE APPRAISER CAME AND DIDNT SEE MY AIRBAG SYSTEM AND SEATBELTS ARENT WORKING SO THE MECHANIC ONLY FIXED THE BODY AND I TOLD THEM AND THEY WERENT RESPONSVE EVERYTIME I CALL THEM THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL LOOK ONTO IT . Most incompetent employees ever. Do not sign up with them.
Hit me with a 40$ fee for a bounced payment as im a new customer and forgot to put it in my calendar. I understand its my fault but 40 bucks is crazy when not one single person had to do extra work. Ill be calling shortly to cancel my entire policy. In this economy even the insurance is trying to screw us over. What a liberal thing to do i guess
