It seems like belairdirect is getting slammed with many 1-stars for reasons much more serious than mine. So I'll keep it brief! I just switched to another company and am saving a considerable amount on the same coverages. Check to see if you can get a better rate elsewhere folks! Best of luck!

I had the unfortunate experience of having Marissa Boyce-Knight as my adjuster she was so bad, I had to call in myself in order to get the claim moving she didn’t care or do her job correctly and she sounded like she kept rushing me on the phone I would ask her questions and she would keep saying the same thing. Chloe and Carley were able to help me out and get everything settled but Marissa Boyce-Knight is the worst employee ever and she needs to be fired.
