I had the unfortunate experience of having Marissa Boyce-Knight as my adjuster she was so bad, I had to call in myself in order to get the claim moving she didn’t care or do her job correctly and she sounded like she kept rushing me on the phone I would ask her questions and she would keep saying the same thing. Chloe and Carley were able to help me out and get everything settled but Marissa Boyce-Knight is the worst employee ever and she needs to be fired.

First off, let’s start at the beginning My girlfriend was driving and got into an accident. First thing I did is called and asked for a tow truck and where the vehicle should be going. They couldn’t provide that because it was after hours and that includes a tow truck. It’s the first time in over 25 yrs we needed to do a claim for house insurance . Although it was a flood situation that occurred and placed many in a crisis situation , we still expect to have better communication with Intact insurance which Belair uses . We have paid out premiums , added flood insurance and are “ covered “, it took 2 weeks before anyone came to our house to assess .
