I called in to replace my current vehicle with a new one, but to my utmost surprise the agent I spoke to told me I have to take a deductible of $2000 for the new Armada! When I asked why he told me that his their system is configured. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he boldly told me no that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. This is very disappointing!!! I have been with them for over 10 years and they don't have any sense of customer loyalty
Nothing positive about dealing with this company. I would try everyone else available first.
They give a very expensive price! This is madness, not reality. Stay away from them!
