Very bad, extremely bad! The customer service was completely unqualified in home insurance, and their quote was highly unreasonable. They also don’t have any options to reduce the insurance coverage. No suggestions, no adjustments - they are not flexible at all. I had to call them many times and wait for confirmation just to get a quote. As a result, after 10 days of waiting I did not stay with them and switched providers. Not recommended!
They entered my address wrong in the system. Then sent renewal form and didnt get it back so cancelled my insurance without notice. I got pulled over and truck got towed. Standing in the rain walking home and $613 tow/impound bill because of incompetence.
The agent booked an appointment to call me to complete my quote which never happened, so I called them to ask how come you can not attend to a meeting you booked? Guess how they answered my question ❓ Because you called us, you want to buy insurance right? Wow, the arrogance. Nice training on sales, I bet the company sells a lot talking this way.
This company is a joke and I won’t ever deal with them the agents from the call centre tell me oh yes we can give you a monthly plan for your auto insurance but no that was just a lie I don’t ever want to hear from anyone from Bélair direct this company is the laughing stock of all insurance companies in Alberta don’t deal with them they are liars when it comes to customer service
Tried to update my vehicle insurance to support my needs. Belairdirect diet provide the service I need and was pressured to cancel my insurance within 3 weeks. I've never heard of any insurance company to pressure someone out of insurance. Ridiculous. Belairdirect is good until they can't accommodate your needs. Open to any suggestions for a new vehicle insurance provider.
